  2. Winning does not equate to cheating. The essence of even making a charge of insider trading is specifying what he knew in advance that others didn't know and how he knew it. What is he supposed to have known and what platform of privilege gave him access to the knowledge? This the difference between spouting an insult and MAKING A CHARGE (much less proving it).
