Vivek is a "natural born citizen" of the US in 2 different independent ways. His parents were citizens when he was born, and he was born in the US.

@@thedude702 What does military have to do with it? You think it is illegal for the armed forces to defend the country unless the invaders are wearing uniforms? There is no such stipulation in comitatus law. Invading without uniforms REMOVES legal protections, it doesn't ADD them.

@@thedude702 "legal for the military to be deployed on american soil?" The US military are deployed on American soil by default. The US is divided into defense regions, each of which is garrisoned with troops, aircraft, and vehicles to defend the region. There have always been US troops deployed on American soil since the founding of the country. The posse comitatus restrictions are only to prevent the military from being used against US citizens.
