"Group freedom" is invariably a smoke screen for tyranny. Taiwan votes to maintain its democracy, group freedom says mainland China owns them because they're Chinese. Northern Ireland votes to remain in the UK, group freedom says Ireland owns them because they're Irish. Many Blacks in the US vote Republican, Joe Biden and many other Democrats say the Democrat Party owns them because they're Black. (My! That sounds familiar!) Hitler says the destiny of Germany is important and Germans are being oppressed, he proceeds to steal other countries and murder racial minorities.
