In a discussion of "harassment" in the context of personally and physically harassing people, hounding them in public places and literally assaulting them (that's the legal definition of what happened to that woman in the theater), and a U.S. Senator calling for more, you use the same term to equate this with Trump striking back at his slanderers with a sharply worded tweet? That is the current narrative. Any criticism of the left EQUATES TO AN ASSAULT AND JUSTIFIES A LITERAL ASSAULT IN RESPONSE. That is shameful, unjust, and dangerous meme.

  4. China's debt is "secured" with crumbling empty real estate. It is a bubble which will burst just like the Japanese financial crisis did, only worse because at least Japan is fundamentally sound and their real estate will stand up, so they had a floor when they dropped. Japanese real estate had value, but downtown Tokyo wasn't really worth as much as all of the US west of the Mississipi, as their balance sheets claimed in the 80s. If China is going to make a move on their own dime, they need to make it now. Now is their peak.

  5. 20 years ago, nobody was calling China an economic powerhouse at all. "Don't you know that you are a shooting star?" "making investments all around the world (the one belt project)." Like their railroad to western Europe that runs empty? They are making "investment" decisions on the basis of strategic ambition, that's bad for business.
