  4. You might have some modicum of a point of the Justices in the majority actually had been interpreting the Constitution. The explanation of the majority opinion cited the letter of no law but "penumbras" and "emanations", which sounds more like an LSD flashback than a legal opinion. To cite Ann Coulter, we want justices that don't hallucinate when reading the Constitution. Whatever power the Court may have to interpreting the Constitution, it is there to defend the Constitution, when it is used to undermine it, it is abused power, the essence of corruption.
