No, they refuse to do business with CONTRACTORS who are part of the BDS movement. This legislation does not interfere with the political or economic activity of public employees. It simply codifies the state's refusal to subsidize a movement with expressly genocidal aims.

  2. The whole point of libel exculpation by the "public figure" defense is the plaintiff is asserted to have CHOSEN TO MAKE HIMSELF a public figure. Sandman did not even upload a vid, not that that would have passed the threshold. The edited clip was what became viral and it was edited to promote the false narrative. Was Sandman famous before a herd of donkeys (now known as a "defendant list") slandered him?

  3. This looks like a deliberate "error" for the sake of slander. Lying for slander is worse than having such contempt for the audience that you think you will get away with such a howler. Bloomberg is a jerk, but I will defend the Devil when he is slandered.

Another way of showing the same phenomenon is the Democrat national platform identified marriage as between a man and a woman as recently as the Obama candidacy, and he ran on that in so many words.
