  1. The whole point of libel exculpation by the "public figure" defense is the plaintiff is asserted to have CHOSEN TO MAKE HIMSELF a public figure. Sandman did not even upload a vid, not that that would have passed the threshold. The edited clip was what became viral and it was edited to promote the false narrative. Was Sandman famous before a herd of donkeys (now known as a "defendant list") slandered him?

  2. They expected us to mirror image their behavior. A credible apology last month would have gotten them off (because the plaintiff would have taken them off the suit). But if they were the plaintiff, they would have used the apology against the opponent. Projection finally backfires!
