You're implying that the federal government has sent funds to Texas for Texas to deal with the immigration process. This is not true. The administration has taken legal action to prevent Texas from defending the border even with Texas funds. And at any rate the federal Senator from Texas has nothing to do with administering the state, or spending the state's funds from any source. This is a clumsy lie.
