Cruz characterized the bill by showing the obvious (and intended) result of each section. Basically, he just read the bill. There is no controversy here. You're just trying to gaslight us, and it won't work.

There is no such provision in the Constitution, active or repealed. The administration and legislation of elections is placed by the federal Constitution in the hands of the state legislatures. The Constitution does not contain the word "paper" and none of the references to "property" pertain to qualifications for voting. Some of the states may (as far as I know) have had such a restriction at the time of the ratification, but I wouldn't take your word for it because you clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Interested party The election fraud only has to be investigated once to be proven. But since you are lying about the bill, we can expect you to continue to lie about the fraud, even after the perps are convicted unanimously by a randomly chosen jury of 12 of their peers.
