  1.  @Nikolasz1173  Hypersonic cruise missiles are much slower than ICBMs. Any defense which can intercept the latter can intercept the former.

  2. Why can't I turn the resolution down on this video? I have flakey Internet, and when it is slow (it isn't always), I can make a video watchable by turning the resolution down, which can make it run without pausing for buffering, or pausing less. This is the first YT video I remember where I can't turn the resolution down (or up). In this case and at this time that means the vid spends about 40 times as much time buffering and playing, I'm getting about a second at a time slice, then wait more than a minute. At 0:40 I give up, I can't watch this or follow the thread of the narrative.
