@uboa8012 You'd be sneering out the other side of your mouth if the Soviets had gotten the haul we got in Operation Paperclip and got the ICBM first! Von Braun & co. would have been welcomed with open arms, and probably paid better, too, if he had gone east instead of west. The Soviets would not have hesitated to threaten thermonuclear destruction to force surrender, and they would NOT have been bluffing. Dead or red would have been the order of the day. Few better or more vital deals have ever been done than Paperclip. If you are free and alive, show some gratitude!
