  3.  @blesssixone1902  No, Trump has not been criticizing our usual voting system, just the new mail-in voting. As for doing something about it, the STATES administer and certify the election, not the feds. All the feds can do is warn and arrest the cheaters when they catch them.

  4.  @blesssixone1902  You're trying to turn this issue on its head and you know it. The three major forms of election cheating are eliminated or limited by the traditional system: Voter intimidation by the secret ballot; vote tossing by the chain of custody, and spurious votes by voter ID and the physical limitations of in person voting. Mail-in votes as proposed are abjectly vulnerable to all three. The only reason at this point to favor mail-in voting is because you WANT the legitimate vote to be subverted by fraud. The "false landslide" meme being promulgated by Trump's opponents makes this perfectly clear (web search "red mirage"). They forecast a scenario where Trump wins in a landslide on election day, but it is supposedly an illusion because his lead will be reversed by late counted mail-in votes. The obvious question is: How do they know that the mail-in votes will be mostly Biden votes? No polls or data have been cited to support such a prediction. The obvious answer is that THEY DON'T INTEND TO LEAVE THAT TO CHANCE. They are basically admitting that they INTEND to steal the election with mail-in vote fraud. The projection meme is supposed to prepare the notion that any attempt at scrutiny, investigation, or thwarting of this vote fraud IS ITSELF AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL THE ELECTION! That there is no counterargument to this obvious conclusion is the reason why you are limited to name calling, ridicule and ad hominem ("You can't believe this because Trump said it.") You have not addressed my arguments with counterarguments because there are no counterarguments.

" Well, you appear to have a talent for not seeing what you don't want to see, but it still won't do. If you believed that the Republicans were more likely to cheat in this election you would oppose mail-in voting because it has no safeguards against fraud. You would support voter ID because it is a safeguard against spurious votes. You do not support these measures, therefore you do not believe that Republicans are more likely to cheat. Do you honestly believe that minority voters don't have ID? Concerning the Voting Rights Act of 1965, of the 19 senators to vote against it, 17 were Democrats. Both of the senators who did not vote were Democrats. Can you provide evidence that a Republican official or candidate anywhere has advocated the repeal of this law?
