United States: Recession coming soon, debt growing in uncontrollable terms, constantly print new dollars amking interventions on its own economy, constanyl meddling with foreign affairs and is basically enemy of over half the world that don't support them, biggest carcerary population, politically divided and without any long term plans. Do you truly think the US seems more stable in the long term compared to China or India? The US is shrinking dude, look at the trends. There is no reason for the world to bow to a single country for international trade when this country is like 10% of the worlds economy. How do you see the world in 2040 or 2050? Like think hard about it, how the fuck will the US still maintaing this status quo that only benefits him and economically hinders the whole rest of the world?

@BS-jg7dy It has started because the world doesn't want the US to be the middleman of global trade. Yeah, since the pandemic and this War it has become more and more clear the US isn't the "global leader" it once was, so it makes sense for now be the time this has truly "started". But be sure this need of a substitute for the dollar and stopping the US having advantages over every single country economically will not end soon. There is no reason for the BRICS to stop pushing this shift, even with a eventual lost war by Russia (which I hope happens, to be clear), and given the BRICS already have a largest share of global GDP than the G7 (including the US), and trends pointing for it by 2030 be over 50% of global GDP, I don't see they not getting their way. The only other possible future I see is the US starting WWIII, which will not end well for all, and after the dust settles, I'm not sure we will even be living in a capitalist society anymore.

Nothing will replace the dollar. Countries alligned with the ideia will just use less and less the dollar for reserve and international trade in exchange for their own or eachothers currencies. The ideia is not to replace the dollar, is to end the United States priviledges over the world economy and to stop beeing fucked when your government make bad financial decisions. We get no benefits and only loose by having this "dollar as international trade currency". Nobody wants to use it anymore, so they will diversify out of it. Won't be a one day using the dollar, next using the Yuan thing. It's a gradual shift that's already happening for some time but sped up significantly after the war on Ukraine started.

India 2022 had 140 billion a year trades with China. That's more than US-India trade. International relations are complex, and having issues with eachother don't stop them from mutually benefiting against a common adversary.

@Georgije2 Czechia is land-locked so they hard a harder time colonizing, but your technically right on that, they did reap the benefits through free trade with the others that did get rich with imperialist practices, what most colonized countries didn't. South Korea is complex because of the history. After the Korean war, South Korea became an increbly important "ally" in the Yellow Sea, so the US pumped money and culture in and its true it has since developed itself nicely. But it just became that because of intentful investment and protection from the United States in the beggining, something 99% of other "colonies" didn't, on the contrary mostly. Ireland couldn't because they were getting fucked by the british. Developed later because it is in the EU (as Slovenia) and the EU's market growth and their protagonism in the 20th century (allying with/ the winners of the WWs and neighboors to a now "friendly" UK), but I stand correct, there are a few at least arguable cases. 90%+ of them tho..

Lol, the only reason this was possible is exactly because the dollar's demand is always high, given its status as de de facto currency for international trade. The thing is this will not be true for much longer. Good luck trying to hold inflation down using the same methods then. The money printing didn1't have that much impact exactly because the impact was spread all over the world, not only in american economy. @waltershearls None of this other countries put up a military dictatorship in my country that killed thousands including family friends. Like, we are talking about exactly that the dollar is used in global trade, of course a sanction from the US today is more damaging than from any other country. The issue is exactly the world economy beeing controlled by a foreign bloodthirsty power like the US. The whole world suffers from their stupid economical actions. When Biden dumps trillions into your economy, the world economy feels it aswell. Why the fuck should countries that today together are stronger than the US keep following this stupid status quo?
