Who would be the on "In the defensive"? Why diplomatic means never worked? The US fucking sucks in diplomacy. They just vetoed a UN peace treaty in Israel-Hamas issue because they want WAR. This is the truth, we need more patience, flexibility and INTELIGENCE to survive technology. The US is too bloodthirsty, leave the Pacific be and have societies different than yours thrive.
