  5. @ If you didn’t notice, Ukraine in past 3 years completely depends on foreign funds. And who pays, those set orders. True independent countries are self sufficient.

  6. Russia was declined to joint NATO on the spot. It was not even seriously discussed. Because for NATO its absurd, as their whole existence is to deter Russia.
