  2. Here is how to solve North Korea problem: 1. Stop any military activity in sea or air space around North Korea 2. Withdraw US forces from South Korea and shut military bases 3. Lift UN and other sanctions, which are not about producing weapons 4. Start negotiations of South and North Korea with assistance of China and Russia. 5. Open border between Koreas from both sides, removing weapons pointing to each other. Eventually, without outside meddling, these two countries will reunite.
