  1. Russia (RosAtom) has built many very improved nuclear stations since Chernobyl incident. There is no value in Chernobyl other than it's strategic location on the way to Kiev.

  2. Russia has build the safest nuclear plants since then. Much safer than it was in Chernobyl. Just google RosAtom.
