  13.  @demystake  It was Zelenski and his administration who publicly and officially rejected to implement Minsk-II agreement. If you don't have working peace deal, new escalation of the war is imminent. And it happened.

  15.  @demystake  And according to Russia, Ukraine never held ceasefire, not moved weapons, and not passed the law about special status of Donbass. Zelenski refused to implement anything, he started to talk about returning all "occupied territories", including Crimea, by all means, including military force. He talked about giving Ukraine nuclear weapons back. Ukraine increased shelling of Donbass. Only after that Russia Started Special Military operation. After full scale war started, Merkel and Olland both admitted that Minsk agreements were signed only to make more time to arm Ukraine, and that nobody were going to implement it anyway.
