  2. Soviet Union ALREADY acknowledged Stalin's repressions, and Russia after 1991 did that many times. That's why official ideology is banned in Russian Constitution, and Russia is no longer a communist state. But you know what, SU did not lose in World War and did not occupied by USA like Germany. So you can't force Russia to apologize every year and pay reparations to any country.
