  3. There should be diplomatic solution to Taiwan problem without influence from other countries. In perfect solution - Taiwan stop making territorial claims to rest of China and declares independance. US withdraws all military from Taiwan, stops military exercises in Chineese seas. China recognizes Taiwan's sovereignty and takes it under protection.
