  1. yes. this video is not so smart, in fact... me too almost fooled by his dogmatic interpretation. you shouldn't try to measure the speed of light to prove that light has constant speed, but you just need to measure the wave length and intensity. if it's same in all directions with same source and receiver, then the speed of light is constant. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relativistic_Doppler_effect
