  1. The problem with this is not in the present but in the future when draft dodging becomes a political weapon about who runs this country. I would say to these young Russian men to pay careful attention to what Putin’s opponents in the west are saying. The prize for Washington is Russia and if this Russian generation does not want to become a resource as a cheap labor-market for American global corporations, they better understand this Ukraine conflict as a first in a series of conflicts aiming to change Russia’s government.
