  1. The first problem with western constitutions and the State is children in western societies do not have Rights. They do not have the Right of Freedom, Property, Speech, Liberty. They are the most exploited and the most open to exploitation as members of society. Whatever limits is placed on them it’s placed by their parents in the family and schools. Kids are truly “propertyless” and if there is a law the State is considering that saves children from a certain evil in society, that is a good thing. Is it only because there are too many children harmed it lowers how long the society can live? There is a connection to be found to the life-process of society and the State that children are important and this law was enacted.
