@SoCalFreelance I see now, why not then socialize AI and make technology a function of investment. What I mean is instead of nationalizing banks and factories like China, you nationalize technology and science, this way AI belongs to all individuals in society then all individuals are safe from becoming the product. A single company cannot purchase AI as its own private property if it belongs to everyone! Does this make sense? It does to me.

@drumetul_dacic No, it means you are the commodity, the product is the video, that turns you into a commodity for sale. So the video is only a means to a specific end. The end is the sale of data and the video is the lure, hook, line and sinker. You have what they need. Your personal information is what they need to sell to a third party buyer. They have what you like, a free video, or a cell phone that consumes your data.

Gluts, drought, shortages, internal warfare, keep the price of commodities high and sustains, maintains the money-form. Capitalism and the money form are synonymous, if that helps. Housing prices high and the financial sector's crisis, sovereign debt crisis, bring about a coordinated assault on social spending. The crisis disguises the assault on ordinary people is to make ordinary people pay up through the above mentioned actions... ...republicans are pursuing fascism and big tech is helping them. Ordinary people must take a political stand against the assaults perpetrated out of the antithesis i mentioned, together. Come Together. There is no socialism in America, it was all crushed before you were born odds are. The assaults are not opposed by a political opposition in Washington, the republicans in the pursuit of fascism, have no opposition and this makes ordinary people exposed to the victimization I mentioned above. The broken ordinary individual working families who are excluded from the Washington clique with all their baggage, hang-ups, frailties and fears, have to come together, organized, and make their presence felt in a big way against the forces culling a dictatorship or live as victims for life!

@Anonymous-pm7jf Don't take that comment seriously, everyone has their moods, and say things they should not. It was a fleeting response on a day when I felt like agitating someone not at all representtive of my more open level headedness. There are positives to AI but in my vew, only when AI does not serve a particular interest will it be truly positive for our lives. Be well brother. There are bigger storms ahead between this administration and the American people that I hope you are on the side of the people when those storms come.

They fail because mining is only useful to them as a means to greater return on their investment. The mining company that ruined your environment were working to enrich a company. They were not mining out of respect the earth’s bounty or for direct use of the ore or mineral mined but for the indirect exchange-value of the ore or minerals mined which takes no account or regard for the How and What in mining. My point should give purpose to your research. Revealing the process of mining as a double process. Yes it is mining for ore and yes it is mining a commodity. Mining takes out of the earth a particular object that is useful in some way to us all and the object loses its character as a use-value the second it is made for sale; what results from the sale drives over production and and over consumption causing environmental decay.
