  2. Yes, without bodies no crime occurred. Everyone in the social system practices the same policy; if it is not written down it never happened is the practice from top to bottom of the social hierarchy. What is written down, and what is documented are 'cover ups' of real people gone missing. Behind our backs, incredible ideas of corruption schemes and repression orders are carried for a few to come away with some acquisition of a higher value. What other motive could there be?
