Ukraine has what the president needs and Ukraine has no choice in the matter. What is there to interpret...this is simply bullying a nation of 37 million people as ‘expendables’, unfortunate victims of a war by using their youth and country to wear out Russia. In the end, Ukraine are the losers and the US wins in perpetuity the spoils of war in the form of Ukrainian land... pregnant with essential raw material. About the only thing you can say is that the foreign policy of the US is a policy of acquiring the kind of property that can suppress life or promote it through force.
