  1. Private appropriation has become internationalized. Billionaires from many countries invest in the world economy through stocks, bonds, funds, even lend money to other governments. They cannot be nationalistic if they have capital invested in another nation, they have to be neutral or form an international cartel of other capitalists and break nations and nationalism down. They must consolidate all social production to the point where each government is a weakened government for them but kept strong enough to crush resistance. Most of the resistance to this consolidation of the world market and world production is channeled against migrants but it is through the closing of industries that has been taken away from the working classes completely decimates their social condition.
