  1. The guy who comes to repair the machine should not let his labor be used by a company to overcharge a franchise owner and the franchise owner should sue McDonalds for loss of income from a machine that has been unproductive taking up space but bound to remain on the property as a fixture. Two wrongs here. I can't laugh at the deep frustration people let out at fast food workers that is a wrong also.

  2. McDonalds is okay with this because the cost is paid by the customer not born by the franchise owner. Customer pays in quantity and quality. The franchise owners pays in quantity only. Its a bad deal all around and should disappear. There are better ways to make jobs for people to do.
