  3. Co-Workers, Matthew Branning and Michael Stark, and Branning’s corpse is missing. I’ll get to that. But, first. That’s what I got. No explanation if the two men were partners. Was Stark related to Branning as a hired worker or half owner? Its important to rule out an economic motive when you do not have a corpse. In this case you are ruling out what it could be not what it is not for that shadow of doubt when a weapon and a body are not found in a case. Compare Stark’s murder to Alex Murdaugh’s murder. A corpse not found in Starks’ and no murder weapon in Murdaugh’s case. Science will always get you in the end is the word of warning to would-be murderers. This case is important. Sociologically it speaks to the condition of America’s working class as horrendous. The history of exploitation of man by man comes out in this one social relationship that went wrong, real wrong. Branning was an owner of a small manufacture shop, he made his living by his own means. Stark was a man without means and depended on the sale of his labor-power for a living. Did they exist for one another only as buyer or seller or was they band mates gigging nights and worked together. No doubt they partied. Branning would be less representative of the whole working class because the division of labor in the US is tiered with fewer Brannings and more Starks who depend on sale for their livelihood. Fewer owner-operators and more operators, likely, we’ll find that a third tier of labor exists. There is a whole retail industry consisting of the most shameless exploitation of young and cheap labor power, you find child labor in manufacturing too, and working conditions that are slave -like. So it is a three tiered workforce. Can add a 4th tier at the top consisting of skilled workers and there are not many owner-operators in this division unless they go into their own consulting firms. The condition of America’s working class and the condition of America’s ruling class hangs on a preponderance of the evidence...as both social groups are trapped in a false idea that in this world there are people meant to be exploited by other people; a lot of clues that these two guys did it and a jury of their peers are biased against workplace violence and have no tolerance for the excesses of the rich that lead to murder. Branning is without a family of his own. We have no idea if Stark has a family or owes a family. Family is pressure, they have to live and a living is what Stark needs. They have an implicit handicap. A learning deficit born from adherence to the market as guiding principals of life and living. Workers are myopic. Elites are arrogant. Use each other and use another to kill a third. Stupidity never ends. Myopia in workers and worker-owners and hubris in the rich. Blinded and unable to function as ruler and as a working class is not what society needs to operate. Society must depend on a new arrangement for procuring its necessities.

  4.  @joebaumgart1146  In that comment I forgot a lot of things. It is a comment space. I do appreciate you pointing that out and respect your opinion. But I would disagree with you about pride and satisfaction is found in a job. Retirement in America is down right awful for an elder. Unless you are rich you have more access to choices. If not rich then its pure isolation. You re better off retiring outside of the US where people know how to live. They are poor but they live and create things, do things, make life worth while, they fall in love, they fight, they laugh they cry. You get none of that in retirement. Retirement is like Tinnitus a continuous droning sound that comes and goes only when you are distracted but it is always present. There is no space to walk in America. In fact, people think you are destitute if seen walking because everything is designed around a car. There are no outdoor cafés if you live outside of a city. Living in a city is better for an elder but cities have been gentrified by the rich and drive up the cost of living in a city that a fixed income cannot afford it. There are more baseball diamonds and dog parks in small towns and rural communities than there are walking parks for people and politically small towns and communities are dominated by a small clique in the community isolate retirees by offering nothing or taking it away once they give it. America is not a good place to get old in and it is not a good place to be young. Its only good for middle aged people the prime years of work is all they do. Work, work, work, work and more work, work here, work there, work at home, work at the job, work to get there, work to get back, work to eat, work to sleep. Rest comes when you are dead. Headstones read RIP, because to live is to be at war in America.
