Landlords as a social class were outlawed in the USSR in 1917, the same with Usury by banks, that to this day even under Putin, a landowning class has not emerged but for a few in Russian cities and these are limited to commercial properties like, industry, malls, hotels, etc.. But where people live rents are proportional to the building maintenance costs, if it’s a small building, rents are low, a larger building; rents are larger. Most Russians have no idea what a mortgage is. But here in America, a landowning class is huge and public and private debt is high as a result. In turn, taxes rise, endlessly spiraling higher and higher.
They are an aristocracy of land owners, very powerful and the biggest of them are the leadership of the Senate. All senior Senators are large land owners with controlling interest in rents. Trump is a landowner. Jared Kushner is a landowner. Why these types are popular with Americans are for reasons that are ideological not for reasons that are pragmatic and practical because these men are not interested in being kind to renters, they are in business to make Capital. Of 332 million people who live in America more than half of them live on land that is not their own. NYC is a microcosm for the nation. All who work in the city work on the property of others is the same for the nation.
Nobody in America that is not a part of this class works on land that is their own for their own subsistence, some bought land in remote places for homesteaded free of landowners, (a bank holding a mortgage is a landowner until paid off) and make products they can sell for additional income except for a collection of heirs to a property paid off by their parents or grandparents. And among this group, very few actually work the land for their own subsistence and livelihood.

Burglary, theft, robberies, are part of the social alienation becoming more ‘intolerable’ by the day in America.
The propertyless are becoming more numerous in society increases crime.
Sources enlarging the number of homeless and propertyless are the jobless, mentally ill, inflow of migrants, gangs, former convicts, escapees, quite a large number of populations together make the social alienation I describe a power too great for me to personally withstand, I hate it.
The more revolutions there are in the world the more the anti-social elements of their societies head for America as they are purged by revolutionary forces changing their own societies America is the last refuge for exiles wanted by the State. If they come from Venezuela and we do not have diplomatic relations with that country we are stuck with the inflow of criminals from Venezuela. When the cartels are thrown out of Panama, Columbia, Mexico, and more states desire better outcomes the cartels migrate to America to continue operations in pacifying their primary consumer with drugs and violence, the American people.

The commodities in America that get special treatment, a full time staff person(s), a manager, even a delivery person, at their beck and call to take care of them, and a 24/7 surveillance camera police can surveil remotely are the goods in the gas stations and stores. Its the goods that have been bought now owned by individuals, that get no special treatment at all. In fact, before they are bought wars are started in their name in order that they safely arrive at the stores ready for sale. It is when they are purchased that they lose their special treatment and become 2nd class citizens the responsibility of the sole owner who has to take care of them, treat them as one of the family, dress them up, make them shiny and clean so they can get their owners to and from their jobs and family. America cares about the sale of goods not the use of goods. This is why America will perish from itself.

The Warrant Squad.
A warrant can be issued on anyone for any reason at any time.
There isn’t a third party verification system to what is warranted.
So they can do what they want and face no punishment.
Instead of moving society to a higher place a modern form of bounty hunting is its answer to the problem of social repression.
Slaves were hunted this way as were serfs who ran away from repressive masters.
This is a sign that the State has made an environment of Terror and a war zone of the poorest neighborhoods in civil society.
Hunting AWOL captives. People made into prisoners. It happens in Avenue A not in Park Avenue.
America is a society where non-whites only come into contact with whites on TV, movies, theater and workplaces the last vestige of civil society. They share the same roads and sidewalks, trains and buses, planes and buildings, parks, beaches, but never do they directly socialize with each other in places that are not used for work like, bars, clubs, dances, entertainment, residences, these places are all private domains where correction is needed and where there is no interference by the State.
In the days of Apartheid in South Africa the races came into contact in domestic life but never shared public spaces. In the Middle East a total wall of separation divides the races and contact with a white man comes only in the form of a police man. Apartheid social systems come in many colors and languages in all countries the world over; the problem of race separation starts from the ground up, as a defect learned in civil society, not an inherent defect of the State
If there are shared spaces the separated races carry on separate functions at separate times.
A warfare ready warrant squad chasing a man who chose death than be taken back into custody.
I automatically want to know what the man did.
He wrote his own death. Not many of us can do that.
Most are too scared to write their own demise.
His bravery makes him legendary.
Custody must be absolutely awful, repressive, and hostile to this criminal.
The Department’s Forced Investigation Unit will handle the investigation of the tryst between the deceased and the two women has a dubious tone to it. To me the deceased closed the case and the two women committed no crime; therefore, no investigation required.

Its not migrant crisis its a city crisis and that crisis falls on city residents in the form of lack of city services and austerity measures but also from the inability to restrain large real estate interests from converting city living space into rental commodities that only the affluent can afford and a failure to restrain the effect employers have shrinking available space of the city’s boroughs by letting their workers work from home that rents are pushed up and space for migrants is cut back and more streets are filled with homeless encampments. People who blame migrants and the homeless for their condition are plain stupid people. Proudly ignorant people.
This is a decline of civil society, a complete dissolution, the effect of powerful economic forces in control of the government’s resources. Its an erosion of city life by government and private business pushing the working classes further away from the city and the city becoming a playground for the super rich calls into question the very legitimacy of the kind of society being formed through the stormy accusations and vitriol against the new arriving immigrants and their families. It is through a facade of unanimity that a particular class interest is detected.
Its a national crisis that befalls all American citizens in the form of greater social inequality that a homeless and migrant population swell the ranks of the US population. This comes from the lack of strong national government to carry through national land reforms for the protection of wildlife, water, soil, space, cultivation, irrigation, water use, land use, extraction, zoning, and more that the most powerful economic interests concerned only with the sale of resources found in nature are given special treatment by a weak and fractious coalition of democrats and republicans in government incapable of restraining multinational corporations.
