  1. The solution for the working class was never in class actions suits. The systemic problems is not limited to a specific company either. Workers coming together into a social power united as a class power is the answer-- not coming together into a bunch of unions corresponding to individuals corporations, trades and industries. The solution comes when each working individual is organized as a social power so that their individual power becomes a political power to challenge the political power of employers. I agree with the commenter that the workplace is a totalitarian environment and the Supreme Court reminds us that the employer has our asses from A to Z in the workplace. For this reason, and because the workplace is already a social process that it needs to be emancipated from private ownership. I would insist the strategy for labor in this century is not the formation of trade unions or a reconstitution of collective bargaining, the answer is in a united social power to de-privatize the workplace not limited to one country.
