  1. What if the west wants Russia to believe that the west won’t stay the course. Maybe the west wants Russia to keep fighting until they have nothing left. Maybe the west wants Ukraine to completely demilitarize Russia so this never happens again. Maybe this is also what Ukraine wants. If the Russian Nazis give up and withdrawals from Ukraine before Russia is demilitarized, they might regroup and try again later. By completely demilitarizing them now, WW3 will be prevented, so demilitarizing the Russian Nazis is the best thing for everyone.
