  4. The bomblets in the cluster bombs sent to Ukraine have shaped charges capable of penetrating 4cm of armor. This is easily enough to penetrate the top of a Russian tank.

  5.  @danielbailey5849 , The Russian ones don’t have shaped charges. They’re meant to kill humans, not destroy tanks. And Russia has been using them in Donbas since 2014, not Ukraine.
