  1. They debugged it over the past 30 years, then regression tested it in monkeys before they conducted phase 1 & 2 human safety trials, then a phase 3 efficacy trial. And then the FDA approval included the results of those trials and approval of the quality control of their manufacturing process. If they want to make any chances, they have to start and regression test it again. That’s why we don’t have a new delta variant booster yet. It’s a lot of F*king work to update the vaccine even though it’s only a few basepair changes.

  2.  @DayWon1111 , There we over 30,000 people in the Moderna phase 3 clinical trial, and over 44,000 people in the Pfizer phase 3 clinical trial. AstraZeneca, J&J, and ALL the other vaccine companies conducted similar clinical trials. They were all over the news all last year. If you are unaware of them, then you’re obviously an ignore ant more on.

  3. And they did put it into people over a year ago in a double blind placebo controlled trial with over 30,000 participants. The results were published in February and the vaccines are safe and effective.
