Sending the old outdated military equipment to Ukraine is actually cheaper than disposing of it. Old outdated military equipment is actually dangerous, so it needs to be disposed of properly so that it doesn’t pollute the environment or otherwise cause harm.

The Russians, though, who were sent there by Putin are fighting because they were sent there by Putin. There’s absolutely no other reason. If they don’t want to die, they can surrender.
