  8. HIPPA is about how companies have to store your medical records. Everyone is free to ask you what your vaccination status is. That has nothing to do with HIPPA. You need to stop listening to ignore ant more ons who tell you that this is a HIPPA violation, because it’s not. You can choose not to disclose your vaccination status if you want, but your employer can also choose to fire you if they want. You’re free to do what you want, as is your employer.
