  3. I hope Putin has 50,000 of their best troops hiding in Kherson so that Ukraine can get just close enough to the river to prevent escape and resupply. Ukraine can then keep bombarding all the river crossings with heavy artillery until the 50,000 Russian soldiers get hungry and surrender. Whenever I hear that Russians are retreating across the river I get upset and ask why Ukraine is allowing this. They shouldn’t. These Russians need to be captured so they can’t go fight someplace else, and there’s absolutely no reason why Ukraine needs to fight them in Kherson when all they have to do is cut them off and then wait.
