  15.  @fibo2459 , Ukraine has anti radiation missiles from the west. They automatically identify and target the radar that control Russia’s air defense rockets. These anti radiation missiles are extremely effective. Ukraine can disable Russia’s air defense systems wherever and whenever they want. They’re obviously going to disable Russia’s air defenses before every offensive.
