@intractablemaskvpmGy , Well, Trump is a traitor, so what are his supporters?
51
One issue that I keep hearing is that if a NATO member sends soldiers to Ukraine, then if Russia responds by attacking that country directly, then that country won’t be able to enact article 5. But this argument is bogus. Providing aid to Ukraine who is being invaded is not “attacking”, it’s defending. If Putin doesn’t like it, he can always withdraw from Ukraine.
30
“Are there consequences for provoking Russia?” What more can Russia do than they’ve already done?
22
NATO can’t step in. It’s an agreement. The NATO members can choose do do whatever they want independently or as a group. What you actually mean is that the NATO members should step in.
17
@DARKSTAR-mn8ee , Have you volunteered to be cannon fodder for Putin’s pathetic army yet?
11
That’s exactly why all this nonsense about Ukraine experiencing a similar amount if casualties as Russia is nonsense. It’s not even close. It’s probably between 7 to 1 and 10 to 1 in Ukraine’s favor.
10
@fallingphoenix2341 , The widow only receives benefits if they find her husband’s body. They never find the husbands body because they aren’t looking for it. If she wants the benefits, she has to go to the front lines and find the body herself. A few probably die in a hospital. Those bodies they have, but that’s extremely rare, because the severely wounded are left to die on the front lines. Only the slightly wounded Russians make it to a hospital. The slightly wounded don’t typically die, so they’re sent back to the front lines once they recover.
9
@H-Bomb295 , Individual countries can do whatever they want, including getting together to defend Ukraine, if they want. NATO has nothing to do with it.
9
@MikeBrown-dk7or , Not if they’re killed.
7
@taras3702 , Can you explain what the last administration did wrong?
7
@paulmes7667 , Can you explain what the last administration did wrong?
7
Why not make the POWs work, and then deduct the cost of food and housing from their salary?
6
@jayholder283 , Russia invaded Ukraine. This has nothing to do with Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, or Syria. Except, Russia also invaded Afghanistan, but they lost. Russia also invaded Georgia. Russia needs to stop invading other countries.
4
What if Europe ignores Trump and gives the weapons to Ukraine anyway? What can Trump do about it?
4
Exactly. The Russians have been enemies of Ukraine for a very long time, and the Russians are still Nazis today.
3
@ChristyBermingham , LOL
3
Putin obviously has corrupted politicians in both Germany and the United States. Likely in many other countries as well.
3
The German Skynex system is an effect anti drone system. The problem is that Ukraine needs 500 of them, or they need one on every vehicle, and Germany doesn’t have that.
3
@E-dirts , But Ukraine is winning and Russia’s economy will soon be similar to that of North Korea.
2
Exactly. The Russians have been enemies of Ukraine for a very long time, and the Russians are still Nazis today.
2
Why not Russian aircraft too? Why only Russian missiles?
2
Why didn’t they start training Ukrainian tank mechanics and crew in March 2022? Why haven’t they also been training aircraft mechanics and pilots since March 2022?
2
Trump knows that Russia is on the brink of collapse. He’s not talking to Putin on purpose. He’s making Putin sweat.
2
No. They’re normal in Russia. Watch the military parades that they have every year. Fortunately though, Ukraine is now denazifying Russia.
2
They should have been training Ukrainian pilots and mechanics since March of last year regardless of whether they plan to send send them or not. F15, F22, and F35 pilots and mechanics too. They should have been preparing just in case. They also should have required everyone from 15 to 60 years old who fled from Ukraine to receive military training so the best of the best could be sent back to Ukraine to fight for their country. They’re should now be several million Ukrainians with over 10 months of training.
2
And today the Russians are still Nazis. Putin sent a whole bunch of them to invade Ukraine.
2
And today the Russians are still Nazis. Putin sent a whole bunch of them to invade Ukraine.
2
@MrDertien , The United States is doing great right now.
2
Exactly. And today the Germans have stopped being Nazis, but the Russians haven’t.
2
Didn’t Gaza understand that they would pay if they attacked Israel? They attacked anyway. Why wouldn’t Iran do the same thing?
2
The Russians aren’t leaving Donbas because they’re finally advancing there.
2
@toby9999 , And some countries are still full of Nazis today. Unfortunately Putin has sent them to invade Ukraine.
2
Did Gaza not understand that they would pay if they attacked Israel? They attacked anyway. Why wouldn’t Iran do the same thing?
1
@nescius2 , Hamas is the elected government of Gaza, so basically Hamas is Gaza. They represent Gaza. They’re supported by the people of Gaza. The people if Gaza are responsible for their actions. I haven’t seen any videos of the Gazans protesting the actions of Hamas, have you? In fact, they celebrated.
1
@nescius2 , If my government was doing something wrong, I would at least protest, or possibly organize against my government. I would definitely not support my government’s actions or celebrate them. I would most definitely evacuate when the country that was wronged informed me that I should evacuate because they will be striking back. Whether you believe that Israel has a right to respond to Gaza’s terrorist attack or not, you must realize that they are striking back, and they gave the residents 3 weeks to evacuate. If the residents failed to evacuate, then they’re choosing to experience Israel’s response first hand. Gaza won’t be protecting them. Gaza doesn’t have the capacity or the desire to protect them.
1
@nescius2 , Well, Israel wouldn’t have invaded Gaza if Gaza didn’t attack Israel. Gaza has been free with their own elected government since 2006. Now, they won’t be free any more. Gaza will now be like the West Bank.
1
@bassmouter4694 , Sanctions makes that “jackpot” useless for Russia.
1
Russia doesn’t have unlimited resources.
1
Are you really that blind that you can’t see the writing on the wall?
1
I agree. Elon too. They should both be investigated. They’re both traitors.
1
Poverty and debt created by Putin so that he can use it to motivate Russian men. Because of this, a western army is significantly more expensive than a Russian one. Imagine Putin has $300 billion saved up from the last 20 years of stealing the wealth of Russia, and each Russian soldier costs $2,000/month. Putin can afford 1 million soldiers for 150 months. That’s over 11 years. This is because Putin has kept most of Russia in poverty. Weapons manufacturing in Russia is also extremely cheap for exactly the same reason. Labor is cheaper. The minimum wage in Russia is $162/month. In the United States, someone earning minimum wage makes $162 in one and half days. In Brazil the minimum wage is $250/month. The extreme poverty of the Russian population is an advantage for Putin. Fortunately advanced Russian technology is a fantasy. A myth that’s been debunked by Ukraine.
1
If Russia has 10 million military aged men, at 1,000 per day they’ll last 27 years. Their money will run out first.
1
There are Nazis in the United States too. And Nazis are a problem wherever they are. But Russia is packed full of Nazis, and Putin sent them to invade Ukraine.
1
Russia needs to give Ukraine 100 km of Russia along Ukraine’s northern border and everything between Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
1
Before sanctions are lifted, Russia should be required to give up their

nukes
1
and their military in exchange for security guarantees.
1
Russia should also have to pay back every country that has provided Ukraine with military and other aid.
1
@roberttaylor3594 , Exactly!
1
Putin can’t adopt more gruesome measures. There’s nothing more gruesome than what he’s already doing.
