  1. The only reason Tesla is down is because of the SEC's subpoena. They're obviously working for the short sellers trying to manipulate the stock. Musk said, 'I'm considering taking Tesla private." That means he's just thinking about it. And the stock started going up before his tweet because the stock didn't go up because of his tweet. I mean, does the stock move every time Musk has a new thought? Him thinking about taking the company private and announcing that he's thinking about it is not going to make a bunch of people start buying the stock. There's no reason to start buying the stock until Musk has actually made a decision. So, what happened just before his tweet that could have caused the stock to go up? Hmmm. I don't know. Maybe there was an article about the Saudis buying 5% of Tesla stock on the open market or something like that? Maybe that's it. It would be pretty easy to verify this by looking at the timing of the article, the stock rising, and Musk's tweet, wouldn't it? I guess Bloomberg doesn't want to check this or talk about it because, well, maybe they're working for the short sellers too. Or maybe they believe that blaming Musk's tweet or calling him crazy will get more viewers or something. Whatever the case, they should look at the facts and report them accurately.

  2. What? Your latest indication is that production is improving over the 5,000 week that Tesla ended the quarter at? I thought you said the 5,000/week rate was unsustainable!!!

  3. roberto ribas, You know, when did Musk say that he's going to take Tesla private at $420? Do you understand what, "considering" means? Since it appears you don't, I'll tell you. It means he's thinking about it. Not that he's going to do it. In other words, he might do it if he decides to after he's done thinking about it. Also, can you explain why the stock starting going up almost 45 minutes before his tweet? Do you somehow believe that the stock market can predict the future or read Elon's mind?
