It's always been my understanding that every superpower knows where the others silos and sensitive ordinance are to the nth degree, so why spy balloons, what made me laugh was on BBC news when they first announced the balloons sighting they said it had passed over super sensitive secret silo sights, then they showed close ups of said silos lol.
