The road to resentment, Russian male early 20s, looking forward to a date with a girl he just met, has to cancel because called up, then told he must shell out for his own kit, and then with a vicious cold winter coming on handed an antique 70 Yr old rifle and sent off to be killed by a possible cousin or uncle from Ukraine. I feel genuine Empathy for them, they probably don't want war as much as the next man.
