  7. I love my rear wheel drive, body on frame, sohc V8, non vvt Ford full size sedans. They just keep on running and they can be souped up into high performance cars with off the shelf parts from Ford SVT.

  20. I used synthetic oil in my 750i since it was new but it's not new anymore so synthetic oil will only blow out all the seals. Not sure where the line between new and old is but I'm not about to blow all the seals out with synthetic oil even tho it ran perfect with it until one day it was an old car...

  21.  @429thunderjet2  I changed oil types after I stopped going to the dealership. The guys down at jiffy lube said this thing will turn into a brick if I use synthetic oil after a certain point so we did an engine flush to thin out the synthetic oil before putting in conventional 20W50. They said the thicker oil is better for cold starts.

  23. By Mazda tech I mean the guy, me, that doesn't torque lug nuts, strips oil pan threads, changes your radio stations, lifts your car by the floor pan, and all around damages and destroys the illiterate customer's car since they settled for mediocrity as a way of life.

  45. I use gear lube in my frankenmower. The thicker it is, the better it handles scalping the forest floor. Works good in vehicles with severe oil leakage/burnage problems.
