America would have definitely delayed much longer in her response if faced with same crisis. New Year's in China is bigger than Thanksgiving, black Friday, Cyber Monday, NYE, super bowl, and spring break combined. America had plenty of time to manage the outbreak, while China was caught by surprise, and still have more cases and deaths than China. Not surprising given America has incompetence in Chief as president.
