Singapore and Taiwan with population 5.6, and 24 million respectively is hardly comparable to managing a country of 1.4 Billion people with a health crisis. Furthermore both Singapore and Taiwan have the benefit of the climate being warm which should make virus less infectious. I've always thought China's expelling US journalists is to balance recent US expelling of Chinese journalists, and limiting number of people Chinese media can have in US.

@salvadorpuente8716 Are you kidding me...the leadership at Wuhan was widely criticized across the country. They were also promptly removed by the Central government afterwards. Really, get your facts straight. Whereas in US when has King T actually admit any of his mistakes and crimes. Senate essentially looked the other way when there was obviously abuse of power by the president. The weakness of liberal democracy is that it is essentially ungovernable while you have naive populists in control.

Mainly our allies who were there to eliminate the true threat to US, and US just left them to slaughter by Turkey. Can any country trust US after this and numerous other incidents? There are plenty of media which praise Trump as much as being critical of him, and with echo chambers installed this is very effective in brainwashing the cult of T. US doesn't need censors because it pumps out enough misinformation to confuse the uneducated population those who are most susceptible to a demagogue. This is the most effective type of mind control. And Xi is a more competent and effective leader than the current US president by far. Imagine if China had democracy and elected a president like the "chosen one" in US, it would be instant economic and military disaster. I'm not concerned with the rioters and whitewashed population of HK...and unlike US which needed go through a civil war, and forcible integration China is handling it much better than US did with its own social unrest.
