@noxy--- I have noticed that about transliteration of English words. In English the H (when it's not mute) is unvoiced, which brings it closer to the Ukrainian Х than Г, but it's a much softer sound than either of those consonants anyway, no more than a short exhalation of breath: like breathing on the lens of your glasses before wiping it ☺️ I think Ukrainian journalists manage foreign names much better than our press has been managing Ukrainian names over the years 😣 With a name like Harris, I think the important thing to remember is to avoid sliding from Г to Ґ - let's leave that to the russians 😂 💙💛💙💛

@Максим-т4ю6м Conceding to putin would only mean freezing the war for a few more years, then it will come back. It's not like this hasn't happened before. No peace can come from negotiating with a psychopathic criminal and his supporters and apologists. And not everyone is alive anymore - because putin has got so many people killed, and has no intention of stopping. He'd just like a little pause to catch his breath and regroup. Having said that, Ukraine's most powerful Western allies have been pathetic in the way they've let military aid dribble in, or stop and start, and put conditions on its use... I am disgusted by that, it all should have happened sooner, faster, and the war would be over by now. So I'm not surprised that Ukrainians are exhausted, but please don't let putin mess with your heads. 💙💛

True. But most Ukrainians I've heard pronounce her surname better than anyone at Fox News has ever pronounced her first name... they've always made a show of saying it wrong.

@user-xr1zm7lg3d trump was president for 4 years only, Biden and Obama - since you're conflating them - for 12. Also, during the last year of trump's presidency COVID got in everybody's way, including putin's. And for the previous three years it's possible that putin was playing the long game, he must have felt very comfortable when his puppet was in power. I don't actually agree with how the democrats have dealt with this situation over the past 10 years - they could have done much better and still could. And there's no reason why she shouldn't do better. People who say the sort of thing you're saying may as well be trolling for putin - and maybe you are.
