  1. Why shouldn't Ukrainians laugh whenever they get the chance? The main culprit is putin, who ordered this war to protect his own interests and advance his demented ideals. And the people who support him, his apologists, propagandists and trolls get their share of the blame, as do all the russians who could stop him at any point and choose not to.
