russians are now fantasising about recruiting the people who kicked their arses in the 80s 🤣

What an awesome woman ☺ So good to see support for Ukraine in Japan💙💛
148
I wouldn't mind mosquitoes that infect people with empathy and critical thinking. While we wait for someone to invent that, THANK YOU Ukraine for keeping the dark ages at bay 💙💛
126
Normally I am sad and dismayed when this sort of thing happens to anyone, anywhere. But this really couldn't have happened to a more deserving country.
114
One thing that makes me really sad is how often Ukranians feel the need to reassure Westerners that Ukrainians are very different from russians 😔 💙💛
88
Dear US, this is all well and good but if you don't resume adequate aid to Ukraine ASAP, what's the point? 👿
86
The UK may not be the only country that's been enabling these scumbags for decades, but it's where I live and I am raging. And yes, I knew about some of this before the start of the full-scale invasion, and I was angry already. Angrier now 👿 Hopefully this war will spell an end to these disgusting practices. Слава Україні💙💛

I would like to see a video with the reactions of russian POWs being shown pictures of returning Ukrainian prisoners... one of the Chornobyl defenders was released in the last prisoner swap, after over two years, and pictures of his emaciated body have been circulated (I hope and imagine with his full consent) - he literally looks like one the men who were in nazi concentration camps immediately after liberation. Literally. I would like to hear what these guys have to say about that.
63
One of the things that warm my heart at this awful time is to see Poland and Ukraine write a new chapter of their shared history. It gives me hope for humanity. Слава героям!
60
Thank you for your coverage, I really appreciate English language content because it takes me so much longer to absorb significant amounts of information in Ukrainian (I WILL get there though). Quick language point: conscientious objectors - not conscious, as I've heard several times in your voiceovers (conscious means to have knowledge or awareness of something, rather than act according to one's conscience). Tricky word to pronounce. /ˌkɒnʃɪˈɛnʃəs/ коншієншис (sort of). It's worth pointing out because you guys are so good. Слава журналістам! 🇺🇦
53
That man who CYCLES to the fire station every time there's a fire... ❤💙💛 Слава захисникам України!
44
Thank you channel for this report, even tough right now, I'm choked with rage and heartbreak for these people. Massive respect to all the volunteers helping the displaced. Neverending gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for standing up to this horror. Ukraine, never forget that you can and will win ❤🖤
44
RESPECT to the activists doing everything they can to counter this horrific situation 🤍💙🤍
40
Thank you for sharing this, even though it broke my heart. So much respect for the emergency workers who go out and do their best to save people, under the very real risk of a "double tap" strike. 💙💛
38
Thank you, it's good to know this. Respect to these people!🤍💙🤍
37
It feels very weird to click 'like' on this video but still...well done on putting this together, good choice to just subtitle and show it with no commentary whatsoever. Thankfully the algorhythm is giving me Stephen Colbert's interview of Dmytro Kuleba from a few weeks ago, I think I'll watch that next so hopefully I can stop shaking 🥺
36
That footage of Lukashenko getting out of the car makes it very clear why it is forbidden in Belarus to film or photograph the back of his head 🤣 When it comes to hair, he's as vain as trump. John Oliver did a whole bit about it on Last Week Tonight, in 2021 I think, look it up it is savagely funny! Слава Україні 💙💛
33
Kuleba is an impressive guy
32
Look after yourself my man, the world needs you. 🇺🇦
30
@Shattered-Realm Anyone who can look at the facts and consider for a second that Ukrainians did this to themselves is the sort of person who sees a woman who is regularly beaten up by her partner, and decides she must have walked into a door. And just like that sort of person, you make me want to be sick
30
The list of goals set out in 2021 made me laugh: they have failed at every single one in such a spectacular way. If it weren't for the horrific tragedy of massive proportions unfolding every day, I would have laughed for longer. Україна назавжди!💙💛

I've been living out of Italy most of my life, and only found out about this from a pro-Ukraine commenter under a video the other day. I'm torn between crawling with shame at the thought that something like this was allowed to even get this far, and relief that it was cancelled. Relief, not pride - I need more than that to feel proud. I only hope that at least some Italians joined Ukrainians in expressing their outrage. As for the constitutional "ban on professing and/or practicing fascist or racist ideologies and behaviours", Italians could start by reminding their current government 🤮😡
29
Someone tell these people that 1984 is a work of fiction 😰
28
@Dudush90 Why should any country surrender to a barefaced landgrab? And how can this be about Zelensky's "ego", when he's doing his job by not bailing out on the people who elected him?
28
Just what I want to hear 😁Many thanks for the report. Слава Україні💙💛
27
Крим – це Україна 💙💛
27
I remember a woman in a 1420 video a few months ago, where they were asking random russians if they thought the "special operation" was "going to plan", and she replied: "Yes, if the plan was to destroy russia, it's going just fine." 🤣 Kudos to her, and glory to Ukraine 💙💛
27
Thanks, this was interesting, very clear. Glad to hear it's a series.💙💛
26
Ukrainians are justifiably fed up of hearing about, and from, those "good russians" in the public eye who refuse to take responsibility, accept Ukraine's right to defend itself by any means necessary, and admit their country's historical imperialism - but it's good to hear about these genuinely brave, normal people doing what they can regardless of personal cost. Thank you for sharing their stories with us. It just gets me down that there seem to be so few of them... but I suppose the saboteurs aren't giving interviews just yet 😁
25
It is shameful how long this is all taking, I can't bear to see all these powerful people waste time by quibbling over details and then expect praise for doing the tiniest things two years after it should have been doen. If our "great democracies" weren't so afraid of upsetting the apple cart, the war would be over by now, Ukrainians would be safe and so many who have died, soldiers and civilians both, would be alive and thriving.
24
"Sit back, relax, and..." let us tell you about putin's attempts to destroy the world 🤣 Thanks for the humour as well as the news commentary, guys 💙💛
24
I knew all this but it's good to have it all in one short video, to post in threads were kremlin trolls are active. And in spite of knowing all this, I still found it painful to hear, and I'm sure it was even more painful to write, narrate, and edit. Thank you for your work 💙💛
24
I don't know what you're smoking but it must be good
23
Maybe that boy will leave school for real...and join the russian resistance 🤍💙🤍
23
So the only countries that will still let them in are also the countries where it's easiest for russia to kidnap them and take them back... Then again, this is hardly a new practice. Only a few years ago, Lukashenko literally had a plane hijacked while it was flying over Belarusian airspace, to kidnap the activists travelling on it. The Chinese and Iranian regimes are also known to target opposition activists abroad. I just keep wondering how much longer it will take for russians to rise up, in the rf, where it needs to happen, and not give up until they achieve some change. I'm sure it's scary - but can it be scarier than all this...??
22
Lovely guy. I'm impressed this sort of show is still going in Ukraine, considering powercuts and rocket attacks and all that... Did they say when the interview was shot, did I miss that? 💙💛
21
@alexdemoya2119 I couldn't listen till the end, it was so cringey 🤢 The funny thing is that every now and then there's a troll trying to convince the comments section that the Ukrainian intercepts of russian calls are fake... but the only one that's ever sounded fake to me was created by russians. Ah well, once Tucker Carlson moves to russia to work for rt he can be their accent coach
21
I can't begin to imagine the agony of her family and friends, after such a long period of uncertainty and then the news that had given them new hope... it is just beyond me. I hope her story will continue to be told, as one of the people who put their lives on the line to get the truth out about russia's immense war crimes. Maybe once Ukraine is again whole and at peace, a prize can be named after her, or a building at a school of journalism - I know it seems glib, but these things can help preserve the memory of specific individuals. The small town in Italy where I grew up named the local hospital after a doctor who was murdered by nazis during the occupation, and I always knew who he was because of that, even though I was born several decades after his death. ❤🖤
20
You've triggered a couple of trolls 😁
19
The beautiful Victoria Amelina, a writer killed at the end of June in the missile strike on a pizza restaurant in Kramatorsk, had strong links with Ukrainian New York and cared deeply about this town. I met her a couple of months before she died and heard her speak about a culture festival she organised a few years ago for the local youth... her eyes were sparkling. This makes it even more painful to see the destruction and depopulation of this town, but at the same time I'm glad it is still being defended. Слава героям України ❤ 🖤
19
@zoltan6451 Actually what Hungarian-Ukrainians are saying (as recently reported by the BBC) is that everytime Orban opens his mouth, things get worse for them. And what was the terrorist attack in that council meeting in Zakarpattia got to do with this video? Why would this channel discuss it, unless it's proved to be directly connected to the war? And what "poor russian girl in Ukraine"...? Heard of evidence? Do you know what the word even means?
19
Actually it's called "Grubby desperate people sit at their screens typing out vile comments about anyone and anything that may pose a threat to the genocidal regime headed by a grubby desperate little man who'll do anything to hold on to power." While determined people who know what they want will do what needs to be done to preserve their freedom.
18
the russian federation literally telling the world who they're setting their sights on next 😬
18
Hardly. Mind you, I was expecting putin trolls to be active today, considering how badly things are going for russia
18
Obviously it hasn't got anywhere near that point, but if Ukraine actually did run steam locomotives temporarily, to cope with damage to infrastructure, I would be nothing but impressed. Instead, I get to be happy that some Ukrainian children had a bit of festive fun learning about steam trains. 💙💛
18
@minimaxmiaandme.4971 He's a troll, of course he's wrong
17
@Dudush90 What utter rubbish.
16
It's either "betray" russia or betray humanity
16
Thank you I agree 100% 💙💛
16
There's so much news flying around that a round-up like yours is always very helpful - thank you for your work. As soon as it was clear that wagnerites were moving en masse to Belarus my first thought was that it will now be even harder for the Belarusian people to rise up against their so-called government. I don't mean to be negative for the sake of it, but I think that a Belarusian uprising has become even less likely 😔 I really, really want someone to prove me wrong on this though!
