  1. About bloody time. Why should Ukraine be in debt because of putin's demented decisions and the russian population's failure to resist and replace him? I just hope the EU and the US don't sit back on their laurels after this one - anything belonging to the rf or putin and his followers, that can be confiscated, needs to go to Ukraine NOW.
