  1. Most of the population is still there, and some are even returning from abroad, so... maybe not...? And life in the rf becomes untenable - it's only a matter of time - they'll all have to stay there because no one will have them by then.

  2.  @mrnobody3161  Not everyone has the time to go over the whole video again, and some people listen while doing other things - because they're busy, but still care and want to keep up to date - so they can't always read the text off the screen. It would be much better for the channel if the people reading out the quotes did slow down a notch, and feedback is important.
